We are currently looking for a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter to help us develop our team — attracting talented people, maintaining a strong culture and creating change together with us.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing (IT/public/education sector);
  • Understanding of the basics of HR processes, desire to see not only a ‘closed position’ but also the development of people and teams;
  • Proactivity, structure, attention to detail;
  • Willingness to work at a fast pace and with different types of roles — from creative to technical.


Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Full recruitment cycle — from writing job descriptions and sourcing to conducting interviews and following up on offers;
  • Recruiting for positions: project managers, coordinators, designers, communications specialists (from junior to senior-level specialists);
  • Supporting hiring managers: creating candidate profiles, planning the hiring process, providing feedback;
  • Employer brand development through communication with candidates, social media, and events;
  • Collaboration with the HR team on onboarding and attracting new hires;
  • Recruitment process analytics: updating the candidate database, tracking statuses, optimising the funnel.
