Coordinator of educational events and projects

Kharkiv IT Cluster is one of the largest IT communities in Ukraine, uniting over 885 companies and educational partners. We create meaningful projects that transform the educational ecosystem — from integrating technology into learning to launching initiatives that prepare youth for a digital future. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a coordinator who will help implement educational events and projects, build partnerships, and create lasting impact.

Requirements

We are looking for an organised, proactive person who wants to change education through events, interaction and strategic projects.

This role is for you if you:

• Have organised educational events or participated in projects for young people, pupils, students or teachers;
• Are able to establish partnerships and maintain communication; Can handle several tasks at once and see the big picture;
• Are ready to get involved in dynamic projects and work with different event formats;
• Want to join a team that is shaping modern education in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

• Coordinating Kharkiv IT Cluster educational projects in schools and universities;
• Work as a project manager: plan, set tasks, monitor deadlines, maintain internal documentation, reports, and partner databases;
• Organise events and activities — from small workshops to large-scale events for pupils, students, teachers, and partners;
• Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, teachers, administration, local and international organisations;
• Communicate with participants in educational projects — via email, messengers, calls, meetings;
• Work with the Cluster team — stay in touch, participate in weekly planning, and work together to bring about change in education.

Would be a plus

• Experience in the education sector (school, college, university, community initiatives, etc.) — would be a big plus, but is not mandatory;
• Experience with CRM systems and task trackers will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
