Content Manager

Kharkiv IT Cluster is one of the largest IT communities in Ukraine. We unite hundreds of companies and partners, develop technologies, communities, education, and international cooperation.

We are looking for a person who can see meaning in events and people, create live video and social content, and strengthen the Cluster's media presence.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in SMM/communications or a strong portfolio of personal projects (especially videos);
• Ability to shoot and edit short videos: (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere or others — the result is important, not the tool);
• Understanding of formats and trends: Reels, TikTok, Shorts, stories, event coverage, quick reactions;
• Basic analytics: Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Sheets;
• Strong text adaptation skills: rewriting, structuring, summarising, working with tone.

Responsibilities

What you will need to do:

• Create video content: Reels, TikTok, Shorts, stories (shooting + basic editing);
• Accompany the Cluster's offline events: shoot, conduct short interviews, make live broadcasts;
• Work with news stories: prepare content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and YouTube;
• Adapt texts: rewriting, introductions, scripts for videos, editing;
• Support various audiences: business leaders, media, students, professional communities;
• Conduct basic analytics: review coverage, interactions, content dynamics, and test new formats.

Would be a plus

• Photography;
• Interviewing;
• Experience managing Telegram channels;
• Working with task trackers/CRM;
• English for working with materials and content.
