Customer Relations Manager, EDIH by Kharkiv IT Cluster

We are looking for an active and initiative-driven Project Manager who will help us fulfill the mission and achieve the goals of the Eastern Ukraine EDIH.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or account management, preferably in the field of digitalisation, automation or IT/digital;
• Understanding of digital technologies, IT products and solutions for digitalisation;
• Negotiation and communication skills;
• Highly organised, proactive and eager to develop in an innovative environment;
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (for cooperation with international partners) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of the Eastern Ukraine EDIH project: planning, monitoring task completion, preparing reports;
• Communication with EDIH clients: from the first contact to referral to partners and monitoring the quality of services provided;
• Community building and development: engaging ‘digitalisers’ (IT and tech companies), ‘EDIH clients’ and ‘EDIH partners’;
• Organising and moderating events (in collaboration with the event organisation team) to develop networking and exchange experiences;
• Maintaining the CRM database – contacts, services and analysis of key project indicators.
