We are looking for a Project Manager who can organize processes from idea to result, enjoys communication, works systematically, and wants to drive meaningful change.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has 1–3 years of experience in project management or coordination (educational, social, donor, community, or business initiatives);
  • Is proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Google Forms);
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment while maintaining quality and priorities; skills in Jira/Notion/CRM would be an advantage;
  • Competent business correspondence, preparation of documents, invitations, minutes, reports;
  • Analytical thinking, organisation, attention to detail, responsibility;
  • English language skills would be an advantage.


Responsibilities

What to expect:

  • Planning and implementation of projects: educational programmes, community initiatives, charity campaigns, international partnerships;
  • Process management — setting goals, forming plans, monitoring deadlines, managing tasks in Jira/Notion;
  • Team and contractor coordination — designers, copywriters, coordinators, partners;
  • Event organisation (online/offline): training courses, forums, community meetings, workshops;
  • Communication with partners, universities, donors, companies — official correspondence, preparation of invitations, reports, memoranda;
  • Finance — budget planning, expense control, preparation of acts and reports;
  • Content and analytics — drafting project descriptions, filling out tables, preparing short reports for donors and management.
