🎯 We are looking for a PR & Marketing Lead who:

• Is able to see things through to the end and is inspired by results;
• Is capable of taking the lead in transforming our communications, marketing and PR in line with our updated strategy;
• Understands the concept of omnichannel communication and has practical skills in managing it;
• Is ready and able to work remotely;
• Is proficient in digital tools for self-organisation and team management (time management and calendar management skills are a must);
• Is able to manage and assess which tasks to delegate and which to take on personally;
• Ready to assemble a team in line with new goals, directions, and your own vision;
• Eager to build a career and create a long-term social impact;
• Open to others and able to work in a team.

Requirements

• Team management experience;

Responsibilities

• Impress and inspire key stakeholders;
• Build a positive reputation for the IT industry;
• Develop and manage OKRs (e.g., 50% share of voice, +30% new members, coverage of key media, etc.);
• Approve the budget and define key priorities (PR campaigns, advertising, participation in international events);
• Coordinate the entire structure, resolve conflicts and crisis situations;
• Report to management (Supervisory Board, General Meeting) on results and dynamics;
• Focus - PR
