Kharkiv IT Cluster is one of the largest IT associations in Ukraine. We bring together over 650 IT companies, educational institutions, and partners, working at the intersection of business, education, and government to create a sustainable environment for technology development. We implement dozens of innovative, educational, and social projects every year, including international grant initiatives.

We are looking for a grant manager who not only writes applications but also manages grant initiatives from start to finish — from idea to implementation.

Your role will be to act as a bridge between the team, partners and donors, bringing everything together into a single strategy and keeping the focus on results.

Requirements

🔍 You are our person if you:

  • have experience writing grants but want more responsibility and influence;
  • know how to extract the essence from experts/teams and formulate it in the form of an application;
  • are ready to coordinate projects after receiving funding — control deadlines, budgets, reporting;
  • have project management skills or a desire to develop them;
  • enjoy building relationships, working with CRM, Google Docs, and time trackers;
  • value honesty, results, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Structure applications together with the team — gather information, develop logic, budget, and meaning;
  • Find relevant opportunities: Ukrainian and international grants, partnership programmes;
  • Manage implementation — coordinate processes, reporting, deadlines, and progress;
  • Build trust with donors and partners — communication, updates, summaries;
  • Lead several initiatives in parallel — with a focus on quality, not just ticking boxes.

Would be a plus

We give preference to candidates from Kharkiv and the region.

Working conditions

What we offer:

  • Meaningful work with visible results every day;
  • The opportunity to influence change in the region, the country, and people's lives;
  • A flexible schedule and comfortable pace without micromanagement;
  • Constant support from the Cluster team, a real network, and experience;
  • Transparent remuneration depending on the area of responsibility;
  • Training and mentoring: access to internal and partner courses;
  • English language courses (with a focus on IT and communication with donors);
  • Corporate discounts (books, food, taxis, technology, services);
  • Opportunities for growth — within the department or in other roles within the Cluster.

🚀 If you feel this is for you, send us your CV or a link to your profile.

We read every application personally. And we respond the same way we communicate within the team — human to human 💛
