Olena Loienko Joins the Super Board 2026 Jury

Olena Loienko, Deputy Director for Operations at Kharkiv IT Cluster, has joined the jury of Super Board 2026.

This prestigious expert role brings together C-level leaders who are shaping the future of entire industries — from technology companies to large business ecosystems.

What is Super Board 2026?

Super Board 2026 is a cross-media project dedicated to top executives who are shaping modern Ukrainian business. It highlights the country’s strongest C-level leaders — professionals who make strategic decisions within their organizations and drive the development of entire industries.

As part of the project, SPEKA, MC.today, ITC.UA, Highload, and The Page have compiled a long list of executives who are already transforming the Ukrainian business landscape.

The final ranking will be determined by an expert jury, which now includes Olena Loienko.

For Kharkiv IT Cluster, this appointment recognizes Olena’s many years of experience in operational management, partnership development, and building a strong technology community.

Throughout her time at Kharkiv IT Cluster, Olena has contributed to dozens of strategic initiatives, collaborated with companies of various sizes — from local teams to international partners — and helped develop an ecosystem that now unites hundreds of members and stands among the largest IT clusters in Ukraine.

Serving on the Super Board 2026 jury is also an opportunity to contribute to the discussion about what modern leadership should look like: responsible, adaptable, technology-driven, and focused on the development of both people and industries.
