In 2022, Kharkiv IT Cluster officially joined the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) — the world’s largest business network created to support enterprises in finding international partners, developing innovations, and entering new markets.

As the only representative of the technology sector within the Ukrainian EEN Consortium, Kharkiv IT Cluster creates unique opportunities for IT companies in its community to find partners and expand their presence in international markets.

What can you do through the EEN platform?

  1. Find a customer, client, or partner by publishing a relevant Business/Technology Offer.
  2. Access resources for analytics, testing, or development by submitting a Research & Development Request.
  3. Find technologies, premises, or resources by posting a Business/Technology Request.
  4. Offer your expertise to a potential client or partner by expressing interest in a specific request or offer posted on the platform.

Key Results of Kharkiv IT Cluster within the Enterprise Europe Network

As of April 2025, under the Enterprise Europe Network project, Kharkiv IT Cluster has achieved the following milestones:

  • 115 IT companies registered on the platform;
  • 30 cooperation proposals are at the stage of discussion and preparation for agreement signing;
  • 236 employees from 157 companies have improved their digital skills during the digitalization marathon for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), initiated by Kharkiv IT Cluster within the EEN project. Participation in the marathon is free of charge for all SMEs, so follow Kharkiv IT Cluster's social media channels for event announcements.

These figures reflect the growing interest of IT companies in collaboration and in attracting external resources for development. Kharkiv IT Cluster provides the necessary infrastructure and support to realize these goals, acting as an intermediary between clients and potential partners.
