            1) What is EEN, and what is it for?
The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) is the world's largest business network designed to help companies find international partners, develop innovations, and expand into new markets. The platform enables businesses to:- find relevant partners for collaboration;
- access up-to-date business requests from various countries;
- analyze markets and trends;
- gain support in innovation and technology matters.
2) What requirements must a company meet to use the platform?
Any company with a specific collaboration request or services to offer can use the platform. The key step is registering through a local network representative.In Ukraine, the Kharkiv IT Cluster is the only representative of the tech sector that grants access to the platform for all its member IT companies.Note: Sole proprietors (SPs) can also register, but it's crucial to position yourself as a business with a clear specialization and services.3) How do I register on the platform, and how long does it take? What is the cost?
Registration is free. It is processed through a Kharkiv IT Cluster curator (provided you are a member company). The curator reviews your request and assists in creating a profile. The process takes a few days, depending on how prepared your data is.4) Is the information in the profile really that important?
Yes, your profile defines your attractiveness to potential partners. Even if you clearly state your needs, providing insufficient information about your company may raise doubts. Partners trust those who demonstrate expertise and reliability.5) How to create an attractive profile?
Your profile should include five key blocks:- Title: Clear and concise, up to 150 characters (e.g., "IT company with 10 years of experience seeks partners in the financial sector").
- Short description: 300–500 characters outlining your expertise, certifications, clients, and technologies.
- Detailed description: Up to 4,000 characters about your company's advantages, achievements, team, and plans.
- Partner request: What types of cooperation you are interested in.
- Slogan: Why partners should work with you.
6) How to search for relevant partners?
Define your needs clearly before starting. Use the "Partnering opportunities" section on the website with filters by keywords, industry, or cooperation type.7) How is communication with other network participants handled?
All communication is managed through the Kharkiv IT Cluster curator. They send a request to the company you’re interested in. If your profile meets their expectations, representatives from both sides arrange an online meeting.8) How quickly can I find a contact and agree on cooperation?
After identifying a company of interest, contact the curator to send them a request via the platform. Contacts are only shared after mutual agreement. If the company is interested, a meeting is scheduled within 1 to 3 days.9) Can a partnership be established within a month?
Yes, with a well-filled profile, a responsible approach to the process, and active engagement with the platform and curator, partnership is achievable in this timeframe.10) Is partnership the only service offered by EEN?
No, the platform also provides:- consultations on entering foreign markets,
- market analysis,
- access to business meetings and events organized under EEN.
11) Is EEN limited to European partners?
No, EEN also collaborates with countries outside the EU, including Australia, Canada, Israel, and Japan.12) Is registration enough to find a partner?
