Diia.Business in Kharkiv — Entrepreneurship Support Center

Diia.Business in Kharkiv is a regional entrepreneurship support center operating as part of the national Diia Business network.

The center was established on the initiative of Kharkiv IT Cluster, with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development, and with financial support from the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine initiative and the UK Government through UK aid under the BLOOM Programme. The BLOOM Programme is implemented by a consortium comprising Mercy Corps, International Rescue Committee (IRC), Swisscontact, and Right to Protection (R2P). The center’s partner is UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.

The center provides free services to entrepreneurs across all industries and business sizes: consultations, training, mentorship, and access to national programs.

About the Center

Diia.Business in Kharkiv is a place where entrepreneurs receive real support — not just information.

The center is part of the national Diia Business network — Ukraine’s only national business support network, uniting 13 centers across 10 regions of Ukraine.

Kharkiv was actually home to the very first Diia Business center, which opened in 2020. Operations were suspended following the full-scale invasion. The Kharkiv center was restored in May 2026 — and from day one it functions as a fully operational hub for entrepreneurs of the Kharkiv region, a symbol that even in a frontline city, business continues to operate, adapt, and find new opportunities for growth.

In its new 300 m² space, entrepreneurs can:

• find partners and test their own products

Diia.Business in Kharkiv occupies nearly 300 m² in the city center and is energy-independent: uninterrupted power and internet at all times.

• Event space for up to 30 people
• Meeting room for up to 8 people
• Co-working zone

Spaces are available for rent to entrepreneurs and center partners.
