#StudLeadCommunity – a project for collaboration with student government bodies

#StudLeadCommunity is an educational space and community for student government activists, where future leaders learn, share experiences, and find support to bring their initiatives to life.

We’ve created a platform that unites the student governments of Kharkiv IT Cluster’s partner universities into a single network. Here, experienced experts help participants hone the skills needed for effective leadership, creating awesome projects, and building a successful future career.

Who is #StudLeadCommunity for?

The project is designed for those who:

• are part of or aspire to join student self-governance bodies;
• work with people every day, organize events, and lead a team;
• want to learn how to communicate effectively with the administration and seek out partners;
• aspire to develop their own soft skills and implement large-scale social initiatives.

#StudLeadCommunity will help you find new tools to develop your team and your university.

What do participants get out of it?

As part of the project, participants:

• develop their soft skills: attend webinars and workshops on leadership, time management, public speaking, and event planning;
• scale up their projects: carry out joint initiatives with activists from other higher education institutions and find strong partners;
• stay up-to-date: be the first to learn about upcoming educational events and current competitions;
• be inspired by useful content: gain access to helpful columns, life hacks, and insights for student leaders;
• become part of a large community and find like-minded people from across the country.
