HR Community is a community of the best HR professionals in the country, who are modernizing the corporate culture of the Ukrainian IT industry. We first gathered in 2021, and today:

• We have over 600 participants who exchange experiences, contacts, and collectively tackle HR challenges, shaping the future of the industry.
• We have 160 expert practitioners who share cutting-edge practices, life hacks, and research.
• We organize specialized events every month on relevant topics to ensure our participants are always one step ahead in the world of HR innovation.
