About Kharkiv IT Cluster
Kharkiv IT Cluster is a public organization with a dynamic community that unites leading Ukrainian IT companies, educational institutions and authorities around ambitious projects for the development of the economy, IT business and overcoming common challenges.
At the beginning of 2015, Kharkiv IT Cluster consolidated Kharkiv IT companies to jointly cope with IT challenges during the economic crisis in the country. For more than 8 years, we have been developing
Tech-ecosystem of Ukraine. During this time, we grew and became powerful. Despite the full-scale invasion, 2022 became the starting point of a new milestone in the life of the Kharkiv IT Cluster community.
We have acquired new members outside the geographical boundaries, expanded the educational partnership to the national level. Now in 2023, Kharkiv IT Cluster members are all over the country and the world.
This focuses us on global challenges. From now on, we are developing an environment for technological business around the world, without leaving our roots in Kharkiv.

Road Kharkiv IT Cluster
A year of global challenges and international recognition
Kharkiv IT Cluster initiates changes in legislation, in particular regarding the mobilization and reservation of IT specialists, participates in national forums and speaks at international platforms such as Hannover Messe in Germany, Export Alliance APPAU in the Czech Republic and the European Cluster Conference in Brussels and others. The role of the community in strengthening and developing the IT industry is recognized both nationally and internationally.
Year of strategic partnerships and development of the Ukrainian IT industry
The community worked on the innovative restoration of Kharkiv, participated in regional forums, signed partnerships and implemented initiatives. We deployed IT invincibility hubs and launched the "IT Community" loyalty program.
The cluster signed memorandums with the Ministry of Education and the Cybersecurity Scientific Association, which strengthened our position in the innovation field.
p>Also with the support of the USAID Program "Competitive Economy of Ukraine" implemented the "IT Cluster in the Cloud" project, uniting more than 600 IT companies to preserve and develop the industry.
The year of indomitability and development, the year of the start of full-scale war
The cluster demonstrated strength and stability, evacuating thousands of Ukrainians and their families, protecting digital space, researching and supporting Ukrainian IT business: from securing Starlink companies to booking hundreds of IT specialists.
Kharkiv IT Cluster strengthened partnership with regions , strengthened cooperation with HOVA and launched a local reservation mechanism. The community doubles in size and becomes part of the EEN-Ukraine Consortium.
