We are currently actively scaling and opening new hubs across regions of Ukraine. That is why we are looking for a strong operations leader who will take ownership of execution management and ensure the systematic growth of the organization.
Role on the team
This is a key management role responsible for operational efficiency, team manageability, and the scaling of Cluster Digital. You will work directly with the Executive Director and help translate strategy into clear execution.
Reports to: Executive Director
Requirements
Our candidate is someone who:
- has 5+ years of experience in operations or program management;
- has managed teams of 5–10 people;
- has experience working in a multi-project environment;
- is strong in building processes and systems;
- can maintain the balance between speed and quality of execution;
- thinks structurally and drives decisions to results;
- is comfortable in a fast-growing environment.
Would be a plus:
- experience scaling organizations or networks;
- experience launching new locations or hubs;
- experience working with educational, partnership, or ecosystem projects;
- English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
Execution and team management:
- ensure timely delivery of key projects;
- coordinate the work of project and functional managers;
- implement operational discipline and process transparency;
- monitor team workload and bottlenecks.
Building the operational system:
- standardize processes and operational guidelines;
- develop the planning, tracking, and reporting system;
- implement performance metrics (KPIs, dashboards);
- strengthen the manageability of a fast-growing organization.
Scaling regional hubs:
- support the launch of new locations;
- build the operational model for regional work;
- synchronize teams;
- oversee the rollout of new initiatives.
