We work at the intersection of technology, education, business, and the country's recovery — and we are looking for someone who can build marketing as a system for attraction and growth.

Requirements

We are looking for a Marketer who:

  • thinks in results and numbers;
  • takes responsibility for lead generation and participant acquisition;
  • is comfortable working with CRM, analytics, and a team;
  • is ready to work full-time and be engaged in processes;
  • has 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications;
  • is systematic, independent, and accountable.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Drive lead generation and attract new participants to the Cluster's community and programs.
  • Plan and launch marketing activities with clear goals: leads > contacts > participation.
  • Work with CRM: analyze incoming leads, the funnel, conversions, and acquisition quality.
  • Build and execute marketing campaigns for specific Cluster directions and products.
  • Coordinate the work of the team and contractors (content, SMM, design, advertising) with a focus on results.
  • Analyze channel performance and make decisions on what to scale, change, or stop.
  • Prepare concise, clear analytics on results: leads, dynamics, conclusions.

Work conditions

  • Full-time employment, working hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
