Kharkiv IT Cluster is an international technology community operating at the regional, national, and international levels, bringing together business, education, and professional communities around the development of the technology business ecosystem.
We are currently strengthening our team in Kharkiv and looking for a space coordinator / assistant to the manager who will help organize the day-to-day operations of the space, events, and communication with visitors.
You will be responsible for the stable operational work of the space, event organization, and supporting the manager in project implementation.
This is a role for someone who loves order, is comfortable working with people, and knows how to see tasks through to completion.
Requirements

- is responsible and independent in their work;
- is attentive to detail and meets deadlines;
- communicates comfortably with different people;
- is ready to work offline in Kharkiv.
Responsibilities
Areas of responsibility:
- supporting the manager in day-to-day work;
- independently organizing tasks and processes within their area of responsibility;
- coordinating deadlines, agreements, and follow-ups;
- organizing meetings, working sessions, and activities (planning, preparation, facilitation);
- preparing materials: documents, spreadsheets, presentations, notes;
- communicating with the team, partners, and project participants;
- helping bring structure to processes and documentation.
What you will be doing:
- administering the space and supporting its daily operations;
- organizing and facilitating offline events;
- communicating with visitors, partners, and contractors;
- coordinating the manager's tasks and keeping deadlines on track;
- maintaining basic reporting and documentation;
- supporting space communications (announcements, post-event communication).
Would be a plus
- Experience with events;
- experience administering a space or office;
- experience managing social media or communications;
- English is not required but is a plus.
Work conditions
- Fully on-site work format in Kharkiv.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (possible overtime during evening events).
