She is Tech, a one-day online event by Intellias with the support of UN Women, will unite more than 1,000 women entrepreneurs, top managers, and social activists from Europe and the US
On January 25, the global IT company Intellias will hold a She is Tech conference, a large-scale event for women in the tech industry. The goal of the conference is to foster gender balance for future tech evolution. For more than 10 hours, women from Europe and the USA will share their stories, experience, and motivation and exchange ideas.
The conference will discuss how the percentage of women in tech companies can be increased and what employers can do about it. It will also focus on women’s leadership and careers, considering personal stories of female leaders and top managers about their own paths and obstacles. The third theme will be the role of communities in empowering women in the technology sector and beyond.
“Since signing the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) in 2021, we’ve been consistently and systematically creating a better workplace for women at Intellias and contributing to overcoming the gender gap in the tech industry. It’s only natural that we now want to gather all partners and experts to have a meaningful conversation about how we can lead the tech industry together towards a greater gender balance.” – Oksana Chyvurina, Head of the Organizing Committee of She is Tech, Director of Social Impact at Intellias.
