Intellias named Ukraine's best employer according to Forbes

Intellias, a global software engineering and digital consulting company, was ranked first in the list of best employers by Forbes Ukraine. The publication's annual ranking assesses Ukrainian employers and highlights the top 50. Based on survey results, Intellias achieved the highest scores, securing first place among all Ukrainian employers. To compile the ranking, the organizers distributed an anonymous questionnaire to employees at companies nominated for the title of best employer, along with a separate questionnaire for HR specialists. The participants could assess their company based on the following criteria:

• Employer Brand: Companies with an NPS (loyalty index) of over 80% received the highest scores. Intellias achieved an impressive NPS of 83%.
• Remuneration: This factor involved comparing salaries to market averages for similar roles, along with measuring employee satisfaction with their pay.
• Working Conditions: The criterion included such factors as flexibility of working hours, vacation policies, and workplace safety measures.
• Benefits Package: This encompassed benefits such as health insurance, educational opportunities, sport classes and training programs.
• Contribution to Victory: This considered the company's efforts to help Ukraine defeat the enemy.
• Information Transparency: Companies with comprehensive websites featuring contact information, job listings and regular news received maximum points in this category.
• Sense of Protection: This criterion assessed the level of job security and more than 95% of employees are confident in their position within the company.
• Opportunities for Professional Development: Evaluation included the availability of growth prospects and training programs within the company to support employees' career advancement.
• Equality: The maximum score in this category was given to companies where female employees are aware of the existence of anti-discrimination policies and where an inclusive environment is provided. Only Intellias received the highest score in this criterion.
• Other Factors: This involved additional feedback and comments provided by respondents about their experiences with the company as well as completeness of the information provided by the HR department.

This year, the publication received over 42,000 questionnaires from over 200 companies, which is an absolute record for all the years of the rating. Survey results were further enriched by expert insights and information from public sources. According to Forbes' methodology, companies were assessed on a 100-point scale. Intellias achieved a total score of 86 points. In April 2024, we have also been recognized as one of the top three employers in Ukraine by EY. According to professionals, Intellias is among the best companies in various industries and in the IT sector in particular. It is the fourth year in a row that the company has attained such a high rating in this category. In addition, this year, Intellias secured second spot in the Best Employers Rating by DOU, Ukraine's largest IT community.
