Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs: Opportunities for Young Entrepreneurs in Europe

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a European program for young entrepreneurs that offers internships ranging from 1 to 6 months in leading companies across Europe, such as in Italy, Czech Republic, Austria, and Germany. The program is designed for those with a business idea or who have been running a business for no more than three years and seek support in its practical implementation. One of the mentors in the program is Olga Shapran, CEO of Strategy Area.

Active participation in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program offers a wide range of benefits to help successfully run or start a new business:

• Internships with experienced entrepreneurs to gain practical knowledge in business launch areas such as marketing, sales, financial accounting, and business finance, as well as to improve your business plan.
• Development of confidence and skills, particularly in industry knowledge, technical, and management abilities.
• Collaboration with other entrepreneurs to develop cross-border business.
• Networking and building strong relationships for mutual consultations, business referrals, and finding international partners.
• Familiarization with the cultural and organizational work conditions in companies in other countries.
• Exploring the business environment in another participating country.
• Improvement of language skills for international communication.

You can apply for the program through a local contact point, such as the Dnipropetrovsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is one of the Erasmus representatives in Ukraine. After passing the selection process, you choose the country and company where you wish to undertake the internship, and also agree on a development plan for your business idea with the mentor.
