On December 17th, 2015 Kharkiv IT Cluster together with partners “The Brampton Board of Trade” and “Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce” (CUCC) conducted the webinar “IT Solutions for Business Development” that introduced benefits of the Canadian – Ukrainian cooperation with Kharkiv IT companies. Speakers: Executive Director of Kharkiv IT Cluster, Executive Director of CUCC, CEOs of Kharkiv IT companies Participants: CEOs of Canadian companies (members of the association “The Brampton Board of Trade”, members of the “Canadian Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce”). About event: Executive Director of the Kharkiv IT Cluster Natalia Vinogradskaya introduced participants of Kharkiv IT Cluster and described Kharkiv IT-industry in general. She also talked about the possibilities of cooperation between Canadian companies and Kharkiv IT Cluster members. IT-company AltexSoft, INSART, Rozdoum, Videal, VERNA presented their services and case studies implemented in the North American market. Participants from the Canadian side expressed interest in continuing the dialogue: online and by personal meetings. Mrs. Emma Turos, director of the Canadian Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, has kindly invited representatives of Kharkiv IT Cluster to attend the International Conference PDAC 2016 in March 2016 and organize there a Day of Ukraine with the participation of the Ambassador of Ukraine in Canada, Mr. Andriy Shevchenko, Minister of International Trade of Canada and Canadian businessmen.
