On June 18, the fifth Go-To-Market Bootcamp workshop will take place as part of the ITBridge project — covering responsible AI management, key provisions of the EU regulatory framework, and practical steps for Ukrainian tech companies.

Speakers

  • Dr Vladimir Estivill-Castro is a professor and international expert in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. He has a PhD in Computer Science and an extensive global academic career delivering professional development courses in Canada, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Spain, Australia and New Zealand. He has worked as a consultant in Australia, Chile, Mexico and Spain. He is a senior member of the IEEE and the ACM. He currently teaches and leads key research at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF). His current research focuses very directly on the ethics of machines. He also closely investigates the regulation of artificial intelligence systems.
  • Florian Schuck is a Policy Officer at the European DIGITAL SME Alliance (DIGITAL SME), representing the interests of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises to European policymakers. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Bayreuth and a Master's degree in Economics from the London School of Economics. Before joining DIGITAL SME, Florian worked at the European Investment Bank and as a Policy Fellow on AI at the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) in Brussels.
  • Benedetta Beltrame is a Junior Policy and Communications Officer at the European DIGITAL SME Alliance (DIGITAL SME), where she helps connect European policymakers with the ecosystem of technology SMEs. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Padua and a Master's degree in European Studies from Sapienza University of Rome, specialising in Comparative and EU Law. Benedetta joined DIGITAL SME in September 2025 as an intern and subsequently transitioned into her current role, where she supports initiatives aimed at fostering a competitive and innovative European digital ecosystem.

👥 This event is aimed at tech companies, AI and cloud developers, CTOs, legal teams, and export managers — everyone involved in entering and scaling in the EU market.

What's next?

This is the fifth of 8 Go-To-Market Bootcamp workshops within the ITBridge project. 

Participation is free and open to all. Companies that attend at least 60% of the programme (5/8 workshops) will receive a certificate — confirmation of structured preparation for operating in the EU market.
