On September, 16 Kharkiv IT Cluster is holding a workshop IT Legal Talk. The event will be dedicated to legal aspects of the opening of business in the USA. The purpose of IT Legal Talk is to familiarize the audience with the procedure for registering a company in the USA, the key criteria for choosing the type of company required, depending on the owner's goals, the introduction of a foreign company into the business structure IT Legal Talk will cover:
