Companies that include women in top management earn 50% more. Businesses that adhere to the principle of diversity are 50% more efficient and have a 70% higher chance of entering new markets than male-only companies. However, in Ukraine we still have something to work on: women are managers of only 29% of legal entities, earn on average 25% less than men and face a glass ceiling in professional growth. How can women support each other and companies become more friendly to women? Let's talk at the discussion "Women and corporations: where to look for support and inspiration?"
