FutureTech Talents: a database of talented candidates for IT recruiters

FutureTech Talents is an initiative of the Kharkiv IT Cluster aimed at creating a high-quality pool of IT beginners. This is a unique opportunity for companies to access proven candidates and for young professionals to start their careers with the support of the Kharkiv IT Cluster. 

Kharkiv IT Cluster's talent database contains information about BootCamp graduates, Hard Skills Exam certification test participants, and university students enrolled in educational programs certified by the Kharkiv IT Cluster community. 

These young professionals have confirmed their professional training and readiness to work in the IT industry. 

Project goal

FutureTech Talents' main goal is to connect young professionals with companies looking for new staff. This allows businesses to access a pool of candidates ready to start their careers and IT beginners to start their careers.

How does it work?

The talent database contains information about participants who have completed professional training programs and certification tests from the Kharkiv IT Cluster, which confirm their level of knowledge, skills, and abilities. 

Graduates provide Kharkiv IT Cluster with their contact details and the technology stack they own. Based on this information, a database is formed for companies interested in hiring young professionals. 

When an IT company needs new talent, recruiters can easily view candidate profiles thanks to access to the technology talent database. 

They can assess the suitability of each candidate for the job requirements and select the most relevant specialists. This ensures an efficient and fast hiring process and allows companies to focus on achieving their goals and development.
